Aissa Zeituna Gundo
Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Operations Management)
BCom in Human Resource Management
Aissa Gundo joined Richfield as a full-time student in 2012 as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management student. One of the most important lessons she learnt while working towards completing her degree was the art of discipline, especially since she also had work commitments while she was studying. Her hard work paid off, and in 2015 she graduated after which she was immediately rewarded with an internship as an HR clerk within the motor industry. In 2019, after making the decision to let go of her BBA Marketing studies, Aissa enrolled for her Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Operations Management), which she went on to successfully complete a year later, graduating in 2020. Through a world-class Richfield education, Aissa’s qualifications have enhanced her career path and her practical as well as her theoretical experience have seen her advance from Human Resources Practitioner to People-Partner Operations for a leading home improvement company. As a proud a member of the #RichfieldAlumni, Aissa reminds students who also dream of career success that opportunities are there to keep knocking and when your doors open, make the most of it.
